Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bt887 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bt887 website, all associated services, games, promotions, and features available at bt887.club and any related domains or subdomains (collectively, the "Service").

2Account Registration and KYC

bt887 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All accounts are subject to automated and manual fraud monitoring. bt887 cooperates fully with legitimate law enforcement inquiries where required by applicable law.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

bt887 accepts deposits via the following methods. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued in Bangladesh.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was used for a prior deposit on the same account, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered account holder following KYC procedures.
• Pending active bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before a withdrawal request can be processed. A bonus that has not met its rollover requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request if the associated real-money balance is being withdrawn.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bt887 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions. Specific bonus terms are published alongside each individual promotion and take precedence over these general conditions where there is a conflict:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, have accounts under review, or whose accounts have been restricted are not eligible to receive or use bonuses.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• bt887 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where abuse of the promotion is detected or where the promotion is no longer commercially viable.

• Multiple account holders attempting to claim the same promotion across duplicate accounts will have all associated bonuses voided and accounts suspended. bt887 uses automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bt887 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and apply in addition to these general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bt887 does not accept requests to void, cancel, or modify confirmed bets except where the settlement of a bet was affected by a demonstrable technical error on the part of bt887.
• bt887 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error, regardless of whether the bet was settled prior to the error being identified.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets without direct human interaction on each individual bet is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Sports betting results are determined based on the official result published by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. bt887 follows standard international sports betting settlement conventions for markets where no governing body result is available.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. bt887 does not have access to or control over game outcome algorithms and accepts no liability for game outcomes that are outside its control.

6Responsible Gaming Obligations

bt887 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and form part of our service obligations:

• Players may request deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they come into effect.
• Players may request a temporary account time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is suspended and no access, deposits, or bets are permitted. Time-out periods cannot be shortened once activated.

7Account Suspension and Termination

bt887 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, KYC non-compliance, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited automated betting tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity, including collusion, match-fixing involvement, or use of the platform in connection with money laundering.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification, or failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bt887.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure, asset freeze, or disclosure of account information.

Upon account closure, bt887 will process a withdrawal of any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless prohibited from doing so by law, court order, or ongoing investigation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bt887 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of bt887 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bt887 platform without the prior written consent of bt887.
• Game content, including game graphics, audio, and software, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights independently of bt887.

9Limitation of Liability

11Amendments to These Terms

If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
